Terms of Service
By purchasing from MusiciansWebsites.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.
1. Who this is for
These terms apply to independent musicians and bands buying a done-for-you website build ("the service") from MusiciansWebsites.com, operated by ABC Academy of Music and Dance Inc., 12 Conway Avenue, York, ON M6E 1H2, Canada.
2. What you get
We offer two one-time build tiers:
- Solo — $249: a single-page musician website, hosted on your own Cloudflare Pages account, delivered within approximately 5 business days. Includes 2 revision rounds.
- Band / Group — $499: expanded scope for a band or multi-member group. Same hosting model, same delivery window, 2 revision rounds.
Both tiers include: site deployed to your Cloudflare account (your domain, your control), a short intake questionnaire, and email-based communication throughout the build.
Add-ons and maintenance plans may be available at checkout. If you purchased one, the description at checkout governs its scope.
3. What you owe us
The price shown at checkout. One-time tiers are billed once, at checkout. Maintenance plans are billed on a recurring annual basis.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown.
4. Refunds
- 7-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we have not yet delivered a preview of your site, we will refund you in full.
- After preview delivery: no refund. Once we have sent you a preview, the work is done. We do not offer refunds at that stage.
- Maintenance plans: if you cancel a maintenance plan, we will issue a pro-rated refund for any full unused months remaining in your billing cycle.

5. Cancellation
To cancel a maintenance plan, email [email protected]. We will process your cancellation within 5 business days and confirm by email.
6. Intellectual property
Once your build is delivered and payment is complete, you own the final delivered files (HTML, CSS, images, copy). You can take them, host them anywhere, modify them, or hand them to another developer.
We retain the right to use anonymized screenshots of completed builds in our marketing portfolio (e.g., the style preview on the homepage). If you do not want your site used this way, say so in the intake form — we will honor that.
7. Hosting
Your site is deployed to your own Cloudflare Pages account. You control the DNS, you can point it to a different host any time, and you can walk away from us without losing your site. We do not lock you in.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
