Refund policy

Full refund — before work begins
If you change your mind within 7 days of payment AND we have not yet started design work, you receive a full refund. Email [email protected] with your order reference (the slug shown on your confirmation) and we'll process the refund within 3 business days.
Partial refund — after design draft delivered
Once we send you the design preview (typically Day 4), the refund is pro-rated. We retain 50% of the build fee to cover the design work already completed; the remaining 50% is refunded within 3 business days.
No refund — after site goes live
Once your site is deployed and live on your Cloudflare account (typically Day 5), the build is complete and the fee is non-refundable. You retain full ownership of the site, the code, and the Cloudflare account — nothing is locked to us.
Maintenance subscriptions
If you've added an annual maintenance plan (post-launch upgrade), you may cancel at any time via the unsubscribe link in any maintenance email or by replying to [email protected]. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refund of the remaining subscription period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We respond to email within 1 business day and resolve most disputes faster than the chargeback process.
