Recorded over six weeks at Hermitage Works in Holloway. Out via Partisan Records on translucent green vinyl, CD, and DSPs. Autumn dates supporting Wet Leg confirmed across the UK and Europe.
The Band

Marina Brittas Quartet formed in late 2023 above a print shop in New Cross, after Brittas left her short-lived solo project to write something that could be played at full volume. The first single, Bow Window, went up on Bandcamp with a hand-photocopied sleeve and was on BBC 6 Music within a fortnight.
The quartet (Brittas on vocals and rhythm guitar, Olu Adeyemi on lead, Cassia Roe on bass, Niko Plamen on drums) signed to Partisan Records in spring 2025 after a self-released EP, Pavement Etiquette, sold out two pressings inside a month.
The debut LP, Slow Dog, was tracked at Hermitage Works in Holloway with producer Dan Carey (Fontaines D.C., Squid, Wet Leg). It is, in Brittas' words, "thirty-eight minutes of trying to walk slower than the city wants you to."
